私の冬の朝ごはんの定番は、温かいお粥です。前の晩にお米を洗って、茹でた小豆とカットしたさつまいもと一緒に小さな鍋に入れておきます。朝起きたら、コトコト煮込むだけ。準備するものも少ないし、洗い物も少ないし、簡単にホカホカのお粥ができあがります。
