With my farsightedness creeping forward again, blurry phone screens and papers had become a daily annoyance. Updating the lenses in my home glasses made everything comfortable indoors and out, and I am so glad I did it.

視力が良くないので、普段はコンタクトレンズをしていて、家では眼鏡をかけています。45歳を過ぎてから、老眼が始まって、スマホの画面や机の上の書類が見えないのは、それだけで不快な気分でした。いろいろ試した結果、遠くも近くも見えるハードコンタクトレンズに辿り着きましたが、ゴミが入ると痛いし、常にレンズが目の中にある感覚があります。

しりょくが よくないので、ふだんは こんたくとれんずを していて、いえでは めがねを かけています。よんじゅうごさいを すぎてから ろうがんが はじまって、すまほの がめんや つくえの うえの しょるいが みえないのは、それだけで ふかいな きぶんでした。いろいろ ためした けっか、とおくも ちかくも みえる はーどこんたくとれんずに たどりつきましたが、ごみが はいると いたいし、つねに れんずが めの なかに ある かんかくが あります。
