I'm thinking of starting to prepare little by little, from now on, for the next stage of my life after 60. The first step is reducing my belongings. Yesterday, I sorted out my papers. For a long time, I hadn't been able to throw away my aromatherapy textbooks from when I studied it years ago, my TOEIC study guides, and other notebooks and textbooks. I had kept them, thinking I might use them again someday, but I'm not interested anymore, and the exam content has changed too. I got rid of them all at once. I still have a lot more decluttering to do, but I feel like I've taken a new step toward the next stage.
