Today’s story

About 3 months ago, I started to reassess my life. For about 10 years, no matter how late I went to bed, I always got up at 5 a.m., but after getting sick last year, I started prioritizing my physical and mental health by ensuring I get enough sleep. By getting proper sleep, I've gradually been able to manage my health, but the rule of waking up at 5 a.m. has been broken. With the change in my long-standing morning routine, my daily rhythm has been gradually disrupted, which is troubling. The lazy voice telling me it's okay to wake up later if I go to bed a bit late has been creeping into my life. Recently, I've started to think that this isn't good, so I want to gradually regain my daily rhythm.
