In Japan, there is one public holiday in October. When we were kids, October 10th was a holiday called Health and Sports Day. At some point, the name changed, and before we knew it, it's now called Sports Day. During this time, many elementary and middle schools have been holding sports festivals for a long time. October has lots of delicious food, and the nights have been getting longer, so much so that autumn is called the season of appetite, reading, and exercise. With summer winding down, it's a refreshing and perfect time for exercise, isn't it? I like eating, reading, and exercise, but after all, what I care about most is delicious food. However, I've been eating a bit too much lately, so when I eat delicious food, I'm going to try to stop at 80% full for my health.
