The wind was so fierce that dust kept getting under my hard contact lenses. I stopped at station bathrooms three times to rinse them, crying all the way home.

今日の東京は本当に風が強くて、凍えるような寒さでした。そのせいで、帰り道に何度も涙を流すことになったんです。なぜかというと、あまりにも強い風でゴミが目に入ってしまって、ハードコンタクトレンズを使っている私は目が開けられないほど痛くなり、涙が止まらなくなりました。

きょうのとうきょうは、ほんとうにかぜがつよくて、こごえるようなさむさでした。そのせいで、かえりみちに なんども なみだをながすことになったんです。なぜかというと、あまりにもつよいかぜで ごみがめにはいってしまって、はーどこんたくとれんずをつかっているわたしは、めがあけられないほどいたくなり、なみだがとまらなくなりました。
