I was amazed to learn from the radio that fermented soybeans just like natto are eaten across Asia, from Myanmar to Thailand. Abroad it works as a secret ingredient, so I want to try cooking with natto in new ways too.

今日は、ずっと 日本だけの 食べ物だと 思っていた 納豆の 秘密を 知って、とても びっくりしました。 私は 毎日 納豆を 食べますが、実は アジアの 色々な 国に 同じような 食べ物が あるそうです。 ラジオを 聴いていたら、ミャンマーや タイでも 納豆と同じように大豆を発酵させたものを食べていると 知りました。
