Lately I have been hooked on boiled eggs. I had a feeling I was not getting enough protein, and looking into it I found I needed far more than I thought, so now I keep boiled eggs in the fridge at all times. My rule is simple — when I get a little hungry, an egg instead of a snack — and since I love eggs anyway, I am more than happy with it.
