Today’s story きょうの あらすじ

The other day I slept like a log for ten hours, and for the first time in a long while both my body and my head felt clear. For years I kept the habit of going to bed before ten at night and getting up before five in the morning. Then I had shingles last year and my sleep cycle fell apart. On top of that, since this spring I have been completely absorbed in AI, and my bedtime has slipped later and later. Even while telling myself to get into bed sooner, I keep thinking just a little more, just a little more, until the hour is late. But when I sleep properly, my body and my head are clear. The other day I remembered that feeling, so before I forget it, I mean to make a conscious effort to go to bed early and rise early.
