Today’s story きょうの あらすじ

This year is my sixth since I began machine Pilates. The first instructor I met took charge of my lessons for five whole years, and from this year I have been taking lessons with a new one. It is only twice a month, but she looks at the habits of my body and at where my balance has gone off, and teaches me thoroughly: a dense hour. The pace is a tortoise's, yet over these six years my body has clearly changed. Putting in proper order the central axis that supports the body is, I think, the basis of growing older without carrying pain here and there. I want to keep it up from now on as well.
