Today’s story きょうの あらすじ

Since coming to Thailand I had kept on eating spicy, delicious Thai food, and it upset my stomach. In the middle of the night my stomach suddenly began to hurt and I rushed to the toilet. Clearly the cause was eating too much spicy food. Today as well I have already had to go to the toilet three times since the morning. I have an appetite, and I want to eat good things and spicy things, yet only my stomach is not doing well. I had no choice, so that day I took some medicine and got by on Thai rice porridge and things that were not spicy. Thanks to the medicine and the porridge, my stomach is now a good deal better. I love eating, so I always end up eating too much, but I really must learn to keep it in moderation.
