Today’s story きょうの あらすじ

I had been away from home on one overnight work trip after another, and ended up feeling a bit under the weather, so I took a break from my morning walks. I'm feeling much better now, so today I went for my usual morning walk. The morning air was crisp and very pleasant, and it's completely autumn now. At the usual park, I saw a family of ducks walking in a line, and I could hear the sounds of birds and insects, which really refreshed my spirit. Getting up early is a hassle, and I tend to want to laze around in bed, but I realized that mustering the courage to go outside and soak in the morning air is really good for both body and mind.
