Since taking up early-morning walks, I have noticed that everyone out at dawn seems to be in a good mood. So I save my big decisions for the morning and let the night — my 'dark hours' — simply pass.

朝は、悪い人がいない、ということを聞いたことはありますか？私も、朝早起きしてウォーキングやランニングをするようになってから気づいたことなんですが、朝早起きをして活動している人ってみんな機嫌がいいんです。昨日ラジオを聴いていたら、朝のテレビ番組の司会を長い間続けているアナウンサーの方も同じことを言っていました。本当にそう思います。

あさは、わるいひとがいない、ということをきいたことはありますか？わたしも、あさはやおきしてうぉーきんぐやらんにんぐをするようになってからきづいたことなんですが、あさはやおきをしてかつどうしているひとって、みんなきげんがいいんです。きのう、らじおをきいていたら、あさのてれびばんぐみのしかいをながいあいだつづけているあなうんさーのかたもおなじことをいっていました。ほんとうにそうおもいます。
