Instead of buying lunch out again, I cooked pasta at home and enjoyed it on my balcony with a glass of white wine. After a year lost to shingles pain, I rediscovered how much I love that little space — and that spending, like working, needs its own sense of balance.

今朝は、本当に爽やかな天気でした。いつものように、朝カフェで過ごしたあと、お昼ご飯を買って公園で食べようかと思ったんですが、ふと考え直して、家でパスタを作って、白ワインと一緒に、ベランダで食べることにしました。午前中にコーヒー代でお金を使ったので、お昼代は節約です。

けさは、ほんとうにさわやかなてんきでした。いつものように、あさかふぇですごしたあと、おひるごはんをかって、こうえんでたべようかとおもったんですが、ふとかんがえなおして、いえでぱすたをつくって、しろわいんといっしょに、べらんだでたべることにしました。ごぜんちゅうに、こーひーだいでおかねをつかったので、おひるだいはせつやくです。
