Today’s story きょうの あらすじ
I set out in a drizzle, but halfway through my walk the sky opened into a full downpour that soaked me head to toe. Past the point of staying dry, I gave in like a kid and thoroughly enjoyed my once-in-a-blue-moon rain walk.

今日は、1日中雨が降ると言われていたとおり、朝起きたら小雨が降っていましたが、私はウォーキングに出かけました。だんだんと気温が高くなってくるこの季節の朝の小雨は気持ちよくて、今日もちゃんと歩けたな、と思いながら歩いていました。ところが、ちょうど折り返し地点に差しかかった頃から雨がだんだん強くなってきて、あっという間に土砂降りになりました。

きょうは、いちにちじゅうあめがふるといわれていたとおり、あさおきたら、こさめがふっていましたが、わたしはうぉーきんぐにでかけました。だんだんときおんがたかくなってくるこのきせつのあさのこさめはきもちよくて、きょうもちゃんとあるけたなぁ、とおもいながらあるいていました。ところが、ちょうどおりかえしちてんにさしかかったころから、あめがだんだんつよくなってきて、あっというまにどしゃぶりになりました。
