Today’s story きょうの あらすじ

Since July began the mornings have started above 28 degrees and the days reach 34 or 36, yet I had been getting by on a fan alone. A friend was astonished — switching on the air conditioner is simply what you do when you get home — so that night I tried it. The next morning my sleep tracker reported unusually good quality sleep and I felt clear-headed; all those broken nights had been my own stubborn pride. I have used it every night since.
