With every day now over 30 degrees, I come back from my morning walk soaked through, shower straight away, and head into breakfast and getting ready feeling completely refreshed. Working up a sweat in the morning and washing it off is surprisingly good, and since my days are spent in cool offices, that sensation feels valuable. Sweat from just being hot is unpleasant, but sweat from moving brings a real sense of satisfaction — this fifteen-year morning habit is one I intend to keep.
