Today’s story きょうの あらすじ

This continues yesterday's sushi restaurant story. There I ate whale for the first time in many years. As a child I loved the deep-fried whale at school lunch, then it grew hard to eat and years passed. Trying it again a few years ago, I did not think it good, and avoided it after that. Then I was urged to try their excellent whale, and it was truly sweet and rich with fat. The jaw, apparently. I hesitated, but I was right to eat it. I love my food, and I am glad an unfounded dislike did not cost me this.
