Tried On Clothes, Bought Nothing

Today’s story きょうの あらすじ

I was busy this summer, so I didn't have time to go shopping. Come to think of it, I didn't buy a single piece of clothing this summer. So, now that it's autumn, I somehow felt like I wanted some new clothes, and I went shopping. I looked around several stores, but I just couldn't find anything I really wanted. Even when I tried on clothes and shoes I liked, they didn't suit me at all, and in the end I couldn't buy anything. I was finally in the mood to go shopping, so it's a shame I couldn't buy anything. But if I look at it differently, maybe it was a good thing that I didn't waste any money. Still, my urge to go shopping hasn't stopped yet, so I'm thinking of going shopping again when I have time.
